The tool can be preset for the event dates and location. It can be installed on your event landing page and can be linked to images on your Facebook page and on your event ticketing site. It will always find the available lodging options near the event venue.

EVENT CONCIERGE - Put all of the information for event goers in one place
Forget investing in an app for your event! The Concierge function allows you to include links to everything that your event goers will need. A registration button, the event schedule, speaker bios, trade show participants and sponsors, as well as information about previous events, including videos.
You may use it in conjunction with the travel tools, or you can also build a stand alone SMARTsnapshot for your event.
Either way, we recommend that you use this tool onsite by including a QR code on the back of your badge that the user may scan with their phone.

The SMARTgroups Package includes a special hotel RFP tool known as SMARTgroups. Solutionz, in partnership with HotelPlanner provides a seamless process to secure blocked space for your event. Whether you are working on a wedding, a bus tour or an event in a high demand city, we can assist you with finding the right rooms and meeting space to match your needs.
In addition to the hotel and meeting space RFP with revenue sharing and a donation to your charity of choice, the SMARTgroup Package also includes the Event Concierge for your attendees.
This fall we are also releasing our new tVITE™ event invitation, coupled with our SMARTcalendar tool. These will be automatically included in the SMARTgroups Package.

For our Platinum accounts, you may build an unlimited number of SMARTsnapshot tools for your various events.
Simplify your event site navigation and easily track what people actually care about.
Our SMARTsnapshot can be customized to your color scheme and each category of content will auto-adjust to the best formatting based on the number of items in each category. It can include social media links and it has a table of contents and the ability to insert a travel tool at the bottom for any stragglers that arrive onsite and still need a room!

Our SMARTtool Portal allows any member of your team to create new tools and also to manage existing tools. It takes just a few minutes to configure your tools and grab the embed code to activate the tool on your website or blog.
And if you wish to use the SMARTtrip Pin for Google Chrome, just go to the Chrome Store and we will walk you through implementation once you activate the tool there. As an added benefit, we have also included a new landing page with a number of useful productivity tools, such as the date and time and weather and a customizable launcher.
