Look for the SMARTmeetsHEART™ icon next to trip-enabled apps or just click on the icon in the extension toolbar or the launcher.

For a more specific search, where the destination is autofilled, you can also find it next to any of these applications:

• Google Search
• Google Calendar (also provides the travel dates automatically)
• Google Contacts
• Google Maps
• Events.com Discover™
• LinkedIn™
  

When the tool is displayed, validate your destination, which can be a company, organization or a venue name or even a specific address and your travel dates and number of travelers.

We recommend this even if you are driving or flying, as the system will take your destination and auto-fill it in the DRIVING and FLYING tabs.

There is also a CONCIERGE tab with all kinds of cool trip tools and info about making changes or cancellations, and a MAP to show you the actual destination, to give you perspective without having to go to GOOGLE Maps.
